1. The problem with the powerful rich

    That’s not a good thing that 120 million own only .3% of the wealth. We need to attack the rich and now is the time. We need a new crusade to tax the rich at least something so they can help pay off our debt. They have the money to do it, so why don’t they help the government? I am mad that tax breaks were given to the wealthiest Americans in the tax proposal hashed out. That’s why I was not in support of the proposal. The rich don’t need tax cuts, they need tax raises. They are willing to pay it, so why don’t they pay up. They did under Eisenhower and they need to do it again today under Obama.
